Customer Return & Refund Policy
At Haven Crafts, we celebrate the rich heritage of handcrafted art from Odisha, supporting local artisans through every sale. Each purchase you make directly empowers artisans, as we do not charge any commission or profit from the sale.
Due to the unique and handmade nature of our products, we follow a return policy designed to be fair to both our customers and artisans. Please review the following guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds:
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
If the item you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly accept a return.
If the item you receive is significantly different from the one shown on our website (e.g., size, color, design).
We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:
Small differences in color, texture, or size due to the handcrafted nature of the product.
 Items that are custom-made or personalized cannot be returned.
We cannot accept returns if you change your mind after making a purchase.
2. Return Request Timeline
To be eligible for a return:
You must raise a return request within 3 days of receiving your product.
Please email us at info@havencrafts.in with your order ID, product images, and a brief explanation of the issue.
Requests made after the 3-day window will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
We will send you detailed return shipping instructions.
The returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and verify the returned product’s condition, we will process your refund:
Refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will also refund your return shipping charges (if applicable).
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Once the artisan begins processing your order, cancellation is no longer possible.
To cancel, please email us at info@havencrafts.in with your order details as soon as possible.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order separately.
