1. Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to all locations within India. For International orders write to us at info@havencrafts.in.
2. Processing Time
After you place an order on our website, it will be immediately intimated to the respective artisan of the product. The artisan will begin processing your order, ensuring that it is crafted or prepared with care and attention to detail. Please allow 7 business days for the artisan to process the order. Custom or made-to-order items may take additional time, and you will be informed about any delays.
3. Shipping Methods
All shipments are managed directly by the artisans after receiving your order. Each product is carefully packed at the source to ensure authenticity and quality. Our artisans collaborate with reputed third-party logistics partners to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Once the shipment is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your order’s journey until it reaches you.
4. Shipping Charges
For orders within India, shipping charges will be informed at the time of dispatch based on your delivery address and order weight.
For international orders, shipping costs will also be communicated during dispatch. Please note that international deliveries may attract additional customs duties or taxes as per the destination country’s regulations, and these will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Delivery Timeframe
Once your order is dispatched, the delivery typically takes 7-10 business days for most locations within India. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times. International shipments may take 15-20 business days depending on the destination country. Delivery times can vary due to customs clearance or other factors.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. External factors, such as weather conditions or customs delays, may cause variations in delivery times.
6. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment using the tracking details provided by our logistics partner.
7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders within the expected timeframe, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as Weather-related delays, Customs processing (for international shipments), High volume of orders during peak seasons. In case of any significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and keep you updated on the status of your order.
8. Shipping Errors
If there is any issue with your shipment, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item, the respective artisan will be solely responsible for addressing the concern. 9. Additional Information
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability. You will receive separate tracking numbers if your order is split into multiple shipments. For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are beyond our control and are not included in the shipping cost.
